Shipping policy

 

ANNDAZ provides nationwide shipping across Pakistan, covering all major cities, towns, and rural areas.

After order confirmation, it typically takes 24–48 working hours to pick, pack, and perform a final quality check at our warehouse. Once processed, your order is handed over to our courier partner, and the delivery process begins.

Standard delivery timelines are 3–7 working days with in Pakistan. Delivery may be delayed due to weekends, public holidays, adverse weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 applies to all orders across Pakistan, regardless of order weight or location. ANNDAZ strives to ensure timely delivery, but we cannot guarantee exact timelines if delays are caused by courier companies. If your order is not received within 10 working days, please contact our customer support via WhatsApp.

Providing a complete and accurate delivery address is the customer’s responsibility. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will incur reshipping charges.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or used product, notify us within 24 hours with clear photos via WhatsApp, and we will handle the issue according to our Refund Policy.
