Refund Period and Process

We offer a 7-day refund policy, which starts from the day you receive your product.

Conditions for Refund

A refund request will only be accepted under the following conditions:

The product was damaged during transit.

The wrong product or color was shipped by mistake.

No Refund for Change of Mind:
Refunds will not be issued if the customer does not like the product or has ordered the wrong size.

Mandatory Refund Rules

The product must be returned in the same condition as received, including original packaging, tags, and without any signs of use.

Makeup and beauty products are non-refundable, except in cases of severe damage.

Refund Cost and Procedure

Customers must contact our customer service via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the product.

If the mistake is on our side, ANNDAZ will cover the return shipping cost.

All returned items will go through a Quality Check (QC) process.

Once the product passes QC, the refund amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 10 to 15 working days.
